Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and server logs.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, prepare proposals, deliver requested services, maintain client relationships, protect the website and meet legitimate administrative or legal requirements.
Terraprime Digital does not sell personal information or use it for unrelated automated profiling.
Our basis for processing
Depending on the interaction, we process information because you asked us to take steps before entering a service agreement, because it is needed to perform an agreement, because we have a legitimate business or security interest, because the law requires it, or because you gave consent that may be withdrawn.
How long we keep information
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, manage a possible or active client relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely de-identified where practical.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the applicable law provides those rights. You may also withdraw consent for future processing.

Terraprime Digital services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and those websites are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.
